XOR gateways in business process diagram without X sign

Hello,
If I want to use an XOR gGateway in a business process diagram, the graphical symbol in the diagram is always displayed without the X.
What could be the reason for this?

Thank you for your inquiry. You can right click on the blank area of the diagram and select Presentation Options > Gateway Display Option > Data-Based Gateway Markers Visible to enable the display of X marker on XOR gateway.
