Academic License for Visual Paradigm Suite 3.1 and upgrading to 3.2

Hello,

We have a valid academic license for Visual Paradigm Suite 3.1 and our class has been using the product. I was notified by your update program that a new version exists; version 3.2 My question is - will our current academic license for Visual Paradigm Suite 3.1 work if I download and install Visual Paradigm Suite 3.2?
