Add members in used domain

Hello I’m teatcher, and we 've got a domain “@lfmadrid.org” but the student adress is “@eleves.lfmadrid.org” and I’can’t add members because of the diference between the name domain and the name adress.
Can I configure this diference o it isn’t permeted.
I’ve got a bad english, thank you for your help.

We have just helped you included ‘@eleves.lfmadrid.org’ to the list of supported email domains. You can ask the students to have a try.

Hi Guillaume,

According to our record, the partnership was ended on 2020-09-24, and that’s why the license becomes not activated. You have to renew the partnership to continue.
