Thank you for your inquiry. The Wired UI diagram is a kind of diagram that require back end server to support it. If you are not using VP Online as your back end server then you can use the local embedded server (select Local Workspace under Team > Select Repository). This will deploy a local embedded server to support you create Wired UI diagram. Please note that this server is only for support you access to server dependent features, it is not for team collaboration support. Furthermore it require your project file save to specific location. It cannot be save out side our specified location (otherwise the connection between project and server will loss). Feel free to contact me for any questions and wish you have a good day!
