When we want to download and install Visual Paradigm client (Apple Silicon) from Visual Paradigm Customer Service Center, we had error that you can find below. Our computer is Apple Pro 13 (M2). Could you please help us to download and install Visual Paradigm Version 17.

Hello Rain, thanks for your reply. It didn’t work for us instead we downloaded from Download Visual Paradigm. Try it FREE (Apple Silicon version). Maybe you can check Customer Services download option why website works but Customer Services does not.
