I downloaded the Standard Edition to upgrade my current version 3.2 and the installer launches but the installer window doesn’t redraw. Instead, I’m staring at a featureless flat grey window. This is on Windows XP Pro.
Actually, this appears to be some bizarre compatibility issue since I get the same behavior from my installed copy of the application. It runs but doesn’t draw the window.

Maybe you can try re-installing the program using our VP Suite installer.
