Please help, my project just shows a blank screen. I’ve tried reinstalling the app, restarting the application, etc. Nothing seems to work. I’m worried that the project file was corrupted.

Thanks for the post. As far as we can see, your project contains a piping and instrumentation diagram, which is an online diagram. Its data is not stored in the project file, but in your online workspace (VP Online / VP Server). Therefore, we cannot view its contents just by opening the .vpp project file. However, the project file is in a healthy state and is not corrupted. Could you provide some screenshots to illustrate the problem? Also, could you send me your log file to study? You can export a log file from the “About” window (Help > About). The file(s) can be uploaded to our official online repository here.
