BP-VA process ends when try to print

Hi everyone,

we had an problem when we try to print an processdiargram.

When we change the page-layout between landscape and portrait and choose print from the menu then the whole BP-VA process ends without any error messages on screen.

The project-files seems not be saved.

Hi Jick,

well, we made some process diagram. Then choose in file-menu print.
next we try to change the page-layout fom landscape to portrait.
After that we push the print button. Now the application ends and the normal desktop is shown. In the process tree the java.exe could not be found anymore.

Because the problem is only at one of our pc. The other pc don’t have such a problem.

I think there was an Java update a view days before on this pc. Could it be an incompatibility to an java-runtime. Did you know any error- or log-files that i can show.

Hi Michael,

Please send us the vm log and vp.log file.

vm log - inside $vp-suite-install-dir/bin, there should have a file with file name like hs_err_pid2700.log

vp.log - inside the $vp-suite-install-dir/bin

Dear Michael,

We just fixed a problem regarding printing. I think this should solve your problem. Please run the updater inside $vp-suite-install-folder/bin to advance to the new build.
