Can I attach custom properties to user stories?

I want to add additional properties for user stories like ‘discussion note’. Is it possible?

Thank for your asking. Yes, you can add additional property columns to the ETL Table where the user stories are listed. Here are the stepes:

  1. Open the work item Manage User Stories in Scrum Process Canvas.

  2. In step 2, click on the artifact Prioritized User Stories.

  3. Right click on the header of the ETL Table and select Add Custom Property Column… from the popup menu.

  4. Enter the name of property, select its type and click OK.

  5. Drag the column to the desired position.

That’s it. From now on you can enter the additional details through custom properties.
