Cannot access www.visual-paradigm.com from Thailand

I’m interested in VP for UML. But I can’t access http://www.visual-paradigm.com for a week
from my country (Thailand). While I can still access to other subdomain
for example http://forums.visual-paradigm.com

Please investigate and solve the problem.

Our web server is hosted in US, and we do believe the connection problem you experienced recently is due to the political issues recently in Thailand (perhaps Thailand government blocked the connection between US). We think that the connection will be back to normal once the blockage is released. We are sorry for any inconvenience this problem caused you. I have the problem when access any part of visual-paradigm.com website which begin witch www. But wheny I access from university, it work properly. Whay is the problem and why?

And where I can purchase this software if I cannot purchase it from the website.
