My team are both running VP v. 5.1 Build: 20181201
I ensured to have the exact same VP professional setup.
My team added my user to the group
when I click on team and go to login I get the following error:
invalid username or Password. Yet I am able to log into the VP online site with my credentials.
Can someone please help?
