Cannot open the program :o(

I have installed the community Visual Paradigm, I have Windows 7 and Acer Aspire 4810TZ also my got by email my licence key attachment and setting selection to community program download and it worked lovelly untill I started open the program.

And message has showed: ‘The JVM could not be started. The main method may have thrown an exception.’

Would someone help me with it for speedy reply?
