Changing path for the jre files

Hi,

the default installation comes with its own java files which take up nearly 70 mb of precious harddrive space. How can I change the path so it refers to my own local java installation and delete the ones in the VP directory?

Hi Anonymous,

Frankly speaking we would suggest you use the JRE bundled with our tool because it has been tested to ensure compaitibility. But if you really need to start-up with your own JRE, you can start up the tool with a batch file that refers to your own Java installation. You can locate the batch file under: %VP-Suite_HOME%/bin
