Classifier methods not marked as static

I am using VisualParadigm UML Professional Edition Version 7.0. In a class diagram, I mark a method as having a Classifier scope. The method is underlined both in the UML class diagram and in the PDF report. However, the report states that the method is not static.

What additional step(s) do I need to take in order to mark the method as static in my generated documentation?
