Community license Question

I understand that the community license is free for non-commercial use.
I wonder what it means to be a non-commercial use here.
Wouldn’t it be a license violation if we use it only inside the company for sharing? I didn’t erase the watermark.

Thank you for asking. Non-commercial use would be personal use or use by a charity. Commercial activity is any activity in the normal day-to-day functioning of a business.
