Config Failed: -Please select the home directory of an existing NetBeans/Sun ONE installation

I receive this error when attempting to install the VP Suite (v 3.4) with NetBeans (v 6.5) for both MacOS 10.5 and for WinXP. The error is identical for both operating systems, and the path selected is valid, as well. Perhaps SDE VP Suite 3.4 does not recognize the new file/dir signatures for NetBeans 6.5?

Correction… it was SDE 4.4 for NetBeans, not VP Suite.

Thank you for your message. I’m sorry that the current release of SDE 4.4 do not support NetBeans 6.5. But we have a special build of SDE which not just work for NetBeans 6.5, but also support importing NetBeans 6.x UML diagrams. More details about this special build can be found at
