I’ve got some users who couldn’t connect to the teamwork server because when they copied the URL and pasted it into the connection text box, a space was included either before or after the URL. The software isn’t ignoring the extra whitespace and causing some confusion and delays for users. Can you please improve this?
I would like to let you know our engineers had enhanced the software which now will auto trim the URL for user. Please update the software to latest patch build (20190530ag or later) to get this enhancement. Details about update to latest patch can be found at
