This gd visual paradigm application has locked up the computer now four time where a reboot had to be done. ROFL and the gd fking application did not even save the project. Is anyone else having this problem. I read a google article this is very common with project. You think the gd company would at least have the project save since their application causes the crash
We didn’t have any users report the same issue. If the project you working on was being saved once then we got auto-backup on your work. You can follow the Recover project form auto-backups section in article below to restore your work form auto-backup.
BTW, would you please tell me more details about the application being locked up issue? Do you remember what action have take before it being locked up? Look forward to hearing from you.
