Crashing during startup

I cannot start my VP-UML 4.1 after installation. I’m not sure what’s going on.

System: XP
java: 1.6.07

Thanks for your post. Would you mind to send me the hs_errXXX.log (where XXX is number) in VPSuite/bin folder? Thanks in advance!
