I can find no way to get a CRC Card into a report - it is not even an option when setting up the configuration.

CRC Card currently is not supported in the report generation feature. But the VP-UML 4.0 will have a new report generation feature which allows you to generate the report into a word document, and CRC card will be supported in this feature. The 4.0 version in now in the final testing stage and will be release very soon (maybe within 1-2 weeks). So hope this new feature can solve your problem. Thanks for your question.
