Customer Journey map - duplication

Hi Marius,

You can make use of the Export and Import function as the workaround to transfer CJMs among projects.

  1. In the original project you can export your CJM into a zip file.
    cjm-export

  2. In the target project you can select Import > Process Map to import it.
    import-process-map

Once the import is completed you can then delete the CJM in the source project. You may consider to use this as the workaround on moving your CJM. Feel free to contact me for any help and wish you have a good day!
