Hello. I have been using DBVA on OS X 10.5 for several months. Yesterday I upgraded to OS X 10.6 (Snow Leopard). DBVA will no longer start. The splash screen is displayed and the massage states ‘Initializing Environment’. The application never starts and the splash screen does not disappear.

It seems the build of DB-VA you using is a bit out-dated. We fixed some related issue on the latest SP1. Can you upgrade to SP1 and see is it work? You can run the VP Suite Update to update DB-VA to SP1 build. Please let me know it works or not. Look forward to hear from you.
