Decision Node - how to enter/show question text

How I can add Text to a Decision Node (e.g. More than 5 items). If click on the node and just enter text nothing happens (till 2 days). I think its a configuration Problem …

You can right click on the blank area of the diagram and select Presentation Options > Show Shape Caption > Decision Node to show up the caption. Feel free to contact me if you require any further information.

The option is available only when there exist a decision node on the diagram. Feel free to post again if there are any questions.

the decision node represented by squire require that conscious decision be made to choose one of the branch that emanate from that node .
