It would be nice if there was a way to set a default master view for new elements, for example to always default to the model explorer. One advantage of this approach is that it would make it easier for us migrating from Cameo, since that’s essentially the behavior for that product.
I’m sorry that currently we do not support specify default master view. I’ve pass this to our engineers to review the possibility to support this and I’ll keep you post once there are any feedback from our engineers.
