Tagged values are like {OS = Windows} below a Node name (and its Stereotype). Tags are described in [url]http://www.agilemodeling.com/artifacts/deploymentDiagram.htm[/url] and in UML Distilled (3rd Edition) too.
I haven’t found how to have them visible in the diagram in VP-UML except using an ugly text box made transparent (see screen-shot). Am I doing something wrong? Is it missing?

It looks like you are pressing on a shape instead of the diagram. The option was made available to diagram. Please right click on the diagram instead.
