When I prepared pdf report with all option in Detail section unchecked, report is OK, if I check any of properties, report have all properties for all objects, ho I can print pdf report e.g. with comments without properties?

Thank you for your message. We are sorry that we do not support generate Comments only when check “Properties” for reports.
But if you are using Windows, you can try Report Writer which allow customization of report contents. It give great flexibility of model element details in report so you can generate the contents you need only. More details about Report Writer can be found from the following link:
