Does increasing LayoutMaxConnector has any side effect?

Hi guys,
i had a problem at auto layout of some diagrams which completely solved by your solution at this topic :

But i want to know, does increasing LayoutMaxConnector value has any side affect or its ok to increase it to a large value ?
for example what will happen if i change the value of it to a big number like 10000 ?

Hi Mamad,

LayoutMaxConnector with large value will cause decrease in layout performance.
