Drawing is too large (Export as PDF)

Hi,
This is my first experience with Online Visual Paradigm.
After working for several hours making my mother’s family tree, when I try to export it as PDF, I get “Drawing is too large” :frowning:
Any help, please?

Hi JMR,

Since generate PDF needs to send file data to our server, if the data size exceeds a certain limit (which may happen if diagram contains lots of images), you will get the “Drawing is too large” message.

As a workaround, you can print the diagram in a browser where save as PDF is an option (such as Chrome) and print to PDF instead. We are sorry for any inconvenience that it caused you.
