Eclipse 3.3.0

This may be a dumb question, but I’m stuck and would appreciate a pointer. I have just had Eclipse 3.3.0 installed on a Linus server with JDK1.6.0_07 I’m used to using Eclipse 3.2.2 on my Windows PC, so I usually create a structure of project -> package -> class

I can’t find where I can do this in 3.3.0, can someone please help.
