It is possible that some modules required are missing in your JRE. Could you try running Eclipse with the JRE we bundled? To do this:
- Edit ${eclipse-folder}\eclipse.ini
- Add the following lines above --launcher.appendVmargs
-vm
C:/Program Files/Visual Paradigm 16.2/jre/bin/javaw.exe
- Save the file
- Restart Eclipse.
If the problem remains, could you zip the following file and attach it here for us to check further?
${eclipse’s workspace}/.metadata/.log
