Error Installing Visual Paradigm 17.2

I’m trying to install visual paradigm.

However when i open the installer i allways get the error message:

Couldn’t load main class.

Log: C:\Users\JoãoFilipe(1190722)\AppData\Local\Temp\i4j_nlog_14.log

Once i open the file i see the following errors:

[8:867] ERROR: did not find NativeLogger class
[8:881] load helper dll
[8:896] helper dll (in-module) 00007FF6AC560000
[8:911] ERROR: did not find com/install4j/runtime/installer/platform/win32/Common
[8:926] ERROR: did not find WinDel class
[8:940] setting exe4j.moduleName to C:\Users\JoãoFilipe(1190722)\Downloads\Visual_Paradigm_17_2_20240905_Win64.exe
[8:956] main class: com/install4j/runtime/launcher/WinLauncher
[8:970] ERROR: could not find main class
[9:63] Java window visible

Can you please tell me what can i do to fix this issue?

May I know what version of Windows you using?

At the moment i’m using windows 10 education version 22H2

Would you please try create a new user account in pure English name and see will the installer works on that account? Look forward to hearing from you.

hank you so much it worked! but do i have to be logged in with that user everytime i want to use Visual Paradigm? Or is there a way to make it available to my main user account?
