Hello,
in the ETL table, icons with the option to export/import data to Excel have recently appeared. Unfortunately, they are grayed out, what could be the reason? Does this functionality only work under certain conditions?

I’m sorry that the ETL table do not support export/import via Excel. The buttons are just wrongly show in ETL table. Our engineers had deployed a new build which fixed this issue. Please update the software to the latest patch build (xx or later) to get this enhancement. You can find more information about how to update to the latest patch by visiting the following link:
Please ensure that you click on the “Update to latest patch” button on the left-hand side of the dialog immediately after launching the update program to initiate the update process.
