Exported Floating License

Hi all!
We have a floating license of Visual Paradigm for UML (8.1). We allow our users to export the license to their local machines. If a user has exported the license, but since then has re-installed his OS (and thus no longer has access to the license), is their any chance to regain access to this license so that other users can use it? I have seen no such option in the Floating License Server Admin frontend.
