I use report writer when i use the refresh with F5, the report writer freeze and i must kill it to have the hand.

Thanks for your post. We tried to press F5 when working in Report Writer and there is no problem in refreshing the document. Would you mind to send me the vp.log file (inside VPSuite/bin folder) to take a look? Thanks in advance!

Thanks for replying with the log. In Report Writer, F5 also shows Navigator". Could you please try to disable it at Tools > Customize > Keyboard tab, then try F5 again to see if the problem persists?
BTW, when you need to kill Report Writer, please remember to kill report Writer as well as soffice.bin in Task Manager.

Thanks for replying. Could you please run “VP Suite Update” inside VPSuite/bin folder to updating to VP-UML 7.0 SP1 and try to disable Tool > Customize > Keyboard tab in Report Writer?

the freeze problem is due to the openoffice model.
I have an error on it concerning the titre 1 titre 2
now it’s work
but the application takes a lot of resources.
can we do the same by a command line without screen ?
