Finding Floating License Server

Hello, I have just ordered floating licenses for VP-UML.

I am unable to log into the On-Line customer service center. Therefore I am unable to get the floating license server.

Where do I get a customer ID? Trying to login with my email does not work.
I get this…
Customer with account ID "lyle.mix@sjrb.ca" does not exist.

Any help would be appreciated.
