I’m encountering an issue with the Flipbook feature in Visual Paradigm Online.
- In “My Flipbooks”, nothing is displayed (blank page).
- When I open any shared Flipbook link, it shows:
“404 - We’re sorry, this link is broken or the flipbook has been removed.” - My account is still active.
- I have tried multiple browsers, cleared cache, and used different networks.
Here’s the console error message:
TypeError: Cannot read properties of null (reading ‘type’)
at components.js:2:672063
It seems the Flipbook service might be down or data is temporarily inaccessible.
Please help check and restore my Flipbooks.
