Flipbook not loading / 404 error on shared links

I’m encountering an issue with the Flipbook feature in Visual Paradigm Online.

  • In “My Flipbooks”, nothing is displayed (blank page).
  • When I open any shared Flipbook link, it shows:
    “404 - We’re sorry, this link is broken or the flipbook has been removed.”
  • My account is still active.
  • I have tried multiple browsers, cleared cache, and used different networks.

Here’s the console error message:
TypeError: Cannot read properties of null (reading ‘type’)
at components.js:2:672063

It seems the Flipbook service might be down or data is temporarily inaccessible.
Please help check and restore my Flipbooks.

Sorry about this issue and this should be fixed. Would you please have a try on your book and see is the problem still persist?
