I haven’t been able to figure where can I download or get the Floating License Server. Can anybody help me with this?

Thank you for your post. You can download the floating license server and key from your customer account. Login our Customer Server Center, download the key from the License page, and download the floating license server from the Software page.

If you are referring to the login to http://support.visual-paradigm.com, only tickets are listed. Neither a license page or a floating license server on the software page.

Thank you for choosing our products. I guess you have just placed the order. Our payment gateway takes around hours to process the order. Once your payment confirmed, we will then issue a Customer Service Center account for you, where you can login and download the permanent license key also the license server.
You should downloaded the 15 days full featured temporary license key after placing the order. The 15 days license key is single seat license key which can be imported to the application directly. You can share the key with your team member in this period.

Sorry for my late reply. The floating license server is available in account of customer, who has purchased floating license, inside the Customer Service Center ( https://cs.visual-paradigm.com/ ).
Please open the “Software” page for downloading the installer of floating license server, and configure your VP client to access the license server. Details of downloading floating license server and configuring VP client can be found at http://resources2.visual-paradigm.com/index.php/tips-inst/50-inst/52-floating-license.html
The link http://support.visual-paradigm.com/ is for checking the ticket you have submitted, or contact our support team for help. This is a different system from the Customer Service Center.
