While I increased the size of fonts as I am on 4k screen, I experience, that some fonts are now bigger than others on latest version:
Its some bug, or should I also provide some Java Font variable?

No worries, its just on 4K screen those small are almost invisible to me on laptop 
I would like to let you know our engineers had deployed a new build which now fixed small font issue.
Please update the software to latest patch build to get this fix.
