Form with field logic

Hi Team,

For my first project, I’d like to create a form with field logic which then produces a report.

The form would have many different field types. Text field, text area, checkboxes, radio buttons, dropdowns, file upload etc. There would need to be logic like, select this radio button or checkbox, and this other field is displayed. Some fields would only show to users with certain privileges. I’d like to also have user registration.

I’ve been reading docs, tutorials, and forum posts here, and while I seem to be onto the user registration, I can’t find a way to achieve the form part of the equation. Is it possible? If so, how?

Kind Regards
John

Actually the whole UI thing is a mystery to me.

I’m very unclear just how to build UI pages.

Kind Regards
John

Hi Constantech,

Thank you for your post.

You may design your forms with wireframe (lo-fidelity). To represent the flow and transitions among wireframes, create a storyboard. For details about wireframe, please read:
https://circle.visual-paradigm.com/docs/user-experience-design/wireframe/

For details about storyboarding, please read:

However, we do not support logic definition for wireframe elements as you said.

Hope this helps. Should you have any questions please feel free to contact us.

Best regards,
