I fell in love with Visual Paradigm. My job requires me to use graphics to explain ideas to colleagues and my partners. I found VP to be both intuitive and highly functional. The best thing is that it supports so many diagram types. Whatever I need to draw, I can find it in VP! I also found the PostMania super useful coz it lets me publish my work online and share with others in few clicks. Great job!
