How can I change the user language?

I have download the Visual paradigm for UML Linux version,
and I want to change the user language from english to traditional chinese.

I saw the menu bar-> Tools -> Options -> General -> Appearance ->User language that seems like can change the language,
so I select traditional chinese options and click “Apply” “OK” then restart VP-UML.

But, the interface is still english…is there has any method to solve it??

Thanks for your post. Could you please attach some screenshots of Tools > Options > General > Appearance > User language, and the application interface for me to take a look? Thanks in advance!
