How do i open the Case description template in the program?

I try finding using Visual Paradigm for UML 5.2 Standard Edition help but still cannot find how to open the Case description template.

Hi soon hai,

Thank you for your post. You need to create a new Use Case Description and then select the template filepath from the “New Use Case Description” dialog box. I prepared a diagram to show you the steps. Please refer to the attachment.

Thanks for your relpy, but i still cannot find the "create a new Use Case Description ". Could you give mi the full screenshot where the button is?
