How do I upload floating license from my desktop to a new server

I have purchased UML professional edition-floating license for version 6.3. I installed the license on one server (Say x.31). I have downloaded this license when to my laptop, when I was reinstalling OS. The server is given a new ip address now (say x.32).

The problem: I could not upload the license from my desk top to the new ip address because your license is still showing to the old ip X.31. Please suggest the procedure to upload the license from my desktop to the new server.
