How to combine multiple ER diagrams

Hi ,
I have multiple ER diagrams(by subject Area) inside one project which is neatly formatted. Now I wanted to combine all of them in one big page ,so that I can print them in big plotter.

Any easy way without redoing the ER diagrams.
