How to install academic license key under Vista

We’re using VP in our lab, where it is installed as an admin user. The license key is installed as an admin user, and VP works fine on that account. When non-admin users login to the same machine, however, they are prompted for a key again. How should the key be installed so that every user on the machine gets it automatically?
