I am pretty new to Visual Paradigm. I need to open an erd extension file supposed to be created by this tool. Couldn’t figure it out yet.
Is there a documentation about this?

Hi Seckin,
If you want to open project file created from Visual Paradigm application.
You can open via Project > Open
If you want to open diagram file created from Visual Paradigm Online.
You can open via Open > from Device
If you still unable to open the ERD file,
could you send the file to: support-team@visual-paradigm.com
and include the link to this post in the email.
That we can know what is your actual case.
