How to specify whetether to show parameter direction globally?

I use Visual Paradigm Community Edition 14.1 and I can’t find a way to make operations’ parameters direction to be shown globally of per-diagram. Only per-class.

If I’m not wrong I think it’s a bug.

UPDATE
I’ve found how to set this option per-diagram. But the problem with global configuration still exist.

Thanks for your message and I’m sorry that at the moment we didn’t have global setting for show/hide the direction of operation’s parameter. We will consider to support this in our future release.
