Howto do a line wrap in vp bpmn visual architect

Hi,
for some reason the program does not do line wrap. It also does not accept ctrl+enter to split the lines.

Please advice
see screenshot

bpmn modeler edition version 3.1 on windows xp with all updates

Thanks for your post. Please try to press Alt+Enter for creating new lines when entering name of element/text in Note/Text Box.
