Identify Relationship don't generated from Association Class

I have follow Association Class (please see ClassDiagram2.jpg). Why I can’t get the Identify Relationship on the ERD (please see EntityDiagram2.jpg)? Relationships <Class7 - Class8> and <Class2 - Class8> are not identify…

Hi Vinger4,

Thanks for your post. Association in class is independent with the relationship in ER model, so it won’t control the relationship is identifying or not. By default we generate the relationship as non-identifying.

It’s so bad, because if we changed Class diagram (for example, delete one attribute), this attribute isn’t deleted in ERD.
