i’ve installed VP.10 and i want to import an EA file, when i choose the file it shows me a blank page as bellow:

Sorry, in VP 10 (before 13.1), Importing EA file is not supported in Java 8 or above.
You may check which java version is used on running VP?
(If your VP is a jre_bundled version, it should be running in Java 7)
Or, may you attach the vp.log to me for checking?
you may export the vp.log from Help > About Visual Paradigm … > Export Log File…
